Jon is the CEO of Trovio Group, and a Board Member of the Digital Finance CRC. Prior to Trovio, he was the CEO of TCM Captial, an asset management & advisory firm focused exclusively on native digital assets. Jon was also previously a Managing Director at JP Morgan, as Head of Commodities Trading for Asia Pacific based in Singapore.
Jonny Caldwell

Jonathan has over 20 years' experience in financial markets, most recently as senior prime finance sales executive focused on South-East Asia & Australia at J.P.Morgan. There, he also had the responsibility of leading the regional macro fund agenda within prime brokerage. Jonathan brings deep asset class knowledge and strong relationships across the investment world.
James Hassett
Executive Director and Head of Financial Technology Distribution
James brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to Trovio. As the former head of Global FX Trading and Global Emerging Markets Trading at Barclays, he led international trading teams and drove substantial revenue growth while introducing new products to the trading and sales platform.
David Richardson
Director TCM GAM
David is Director of TCM Global Asset Management. He has over 30 years of experience in Banking and Funds Management, having previously worked at Merrill Lynch Canada, Bank of Bermuda and MeesPierson. Since 2005, David has served as President and CEO of Mid-Ocean Consulting.
Brian O'Sullivan
Senior Corporate Advisor
Brian brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in funds management, operations, and professional services through senior executive and consulting roles. Most recently Director and CEO at Ellerston Capital Brian has also worked with Aura Group, Everest Capital, Zurich Capital Markets Asia, BT Financial Group and PWC. Brian is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of New South Wales.

Operations Lead
Jim leads Trovio's Operations team, bringing over two decades of expertise in investment management and capital markets. Before joining Trovio, he was a Director of a Registered Fund Management Company with MAS in Singapore where he delivered outstanding returns for investors. Jim is also an accredited director under the Singapore Institute of Directors.
James Walker
Head of Distribution
James heads up Distribution in Australia for Trovio. He has 20 years of experience working across investment banking, private equity and funds management. Previously James was a Founder of principal investment firm 153 East Partners, Head of the Private Capital Group at ANZ Global Markets in Australia and an Equity Partner in the private equity group Blue Sky Capital in the US and UK.
